Appeal / Dispute Status
Appeals can be viewed and entered under the "claims" section when logged into your provider account. You can also check on the status of appeals here.

Authorization / Precertification Status
Authorizations can be viewed and entered in the "Authorizations" module once logged in.

Authorization Updates/Change Request
Requests for additional days or visits as well as submitting clinical documentation can be made when viewing an authorization request.

Benefit Inquiry
Benefits, copay, and out-of-pocket levels can be viewed in the "Eligibility" module.

Provider Network Inquiry
You can view providers in your network using the "Find-A-Provider" module in the left-hand-side navigation menu.

PCP Change Request
Once logged in, you can request to change your PCP by clicking "Change PCP" on the left hand side.

Claim Status
Claim details and payment status can be viewed in the "claims" module once logged in.

Eligibility Status
Submit a request or report a problem regarding eligibility.
